The HUGE full-English breakfasts!
I have several topics to write about today, so I shall dedicate my first post to the breakfast topic (as per the title of this post) and write my second post in a short while…
In the last 8 days, I’ve had 2 full-English breakfasts, both cooked by my girlfriend, Sarah, and I thought I’d post them on here… mainly because they were so huge and I can’t believe I managed to eat them all, but also because they were incredibly nice to eat, of course.
Breakfast No. 1
As you can see, this is quite a breakfast! What is not shown here is the huge cup of tea poured from the pot of leaf tea I made a minute or two earlier.
Breakfast No. 2
As you can also see from the above photo, again, a very nice, but rather large, full-English breakfast!
Just in case you were interested, both breakfasts consisted of the same stuff:
- 4 cumberland sausages
- 3 rashers of smoked back bacon
- 3 fried large organic eggs
- 4 hash browns
- 1 tin of baked beans
- 2 slices of toast, halved
- 1 cup of tea
- 1 glass of cold water!
As I’m sure you can imagine, each breakfast has meant I’ve not eaten anything else until that evening, making me feel distinctly Christmassy (sp?), so thank you Sarah!
